Does anyone have a good protocol for PEEP in these patients with severe ILI?

pretty sure no-one has a specific H1N1 vent protocol...WHO will provide some general guidance next week but could not agree on anything besides lung protective vent...and even that I didn't find very useful in bad H1N1....therapy has to be highly individualized.
