CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR PHOTO CONTEST WINNERS! Photography can be therapeutic both for those who stand behind the lens and those who view the product. Both taking and viewing photos can help us slow down, focus, be in the moment, and contribute to the practice of mindfulness. As we emerge from the shadows of a very challenging period in Canadian Medicine, we want to contribute to helping our Canadian Critical Care colleagues appreciate moments captured during the past 2.5 years in the form of a Photo Contest.
