Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, the deadline to cancel is June 24, 2021. Registrations will be refunded less a $100 admin fee. No refund requests will be accepted after June 24. Should you have any questions, please email registration@secretariatcentral.com.  

Virtual Event Terms & Conditions

  • 2021 N-ACES login information is intended for your use only. Sharing your login credentials is strictly prohibited. Login details will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to the event.
  • No liability is assumed by the CCCS for changes in program dates, content, or speakers, cancellation of the event, and/or technical difficulties.
  • Any form of recording the live sessions is strictly prohibited.
  • You are expressly restricted from all of the following:
    • Publishing any material in any media;
    • Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any material.

Technical Requirements

The 2021 N-ACES can be viewed on any PC, MAC or mobile device. We highly recommend that you perform an internet connection speed test before joining the Zoom Meeting.

Recommended bandwidth for attendees:

  • 600 kbps/1.2 mbps (up/down) for high quality video and for gallery view: 1.5 mbps/1.5 mbps (up/down)

Please confirm that the device you will be using to attend the virtual course meets the minimum technical requirements. We will not be able to issue refunds due to technical issues experienced due to a poor internet connection or your equipment not meeting the technical requirements.

About the Association

The Canadian Critical Care Society (CCCS) is the National Specialty Society, representing Adult and Paediatric Critical Care Medicine physicians in Canada. The practice of Critical Care Medicine in Canada is multidisciplinary and CCCS members hold base specialty certification in anaesthesia, medicine, paediatrics, emergency medicine or surgery and some surgical subspecialties such as cardiac surgery and neurosurgery.
